Dear Sponsor: 

Below please find information regarding a sponsorship opportunity for Town of Poughkeepsie Soccer, which is played at Greenvale Fields on Route 376.  Your full sponsorship for the season that runs from September 2023 through August 2024 would entitle your business/organization to a    tax-deductible donation, along with the following: 

In order to assure a successful program for the youth of our community, we rely on local businesses to provide sponsorship to help underwrite the cost of the program.  ALL the collected funds will be directed towards uniforms, equipment, and training for our coaches and players.  Your tax-deductible donation will guarantee that this becomes a successful and enjoyable season (we are a 501(3c) organization).  Please give this request careful consideration. 

Your full sponsorship for the season would entitle your business/organization to a tax-deductible donation, along with the following: 

• • • Platinum Sponsor:  Individual banner on fence entering the fields, 4 team sponsors, name/logo on group banner by the entrance to the fields, Advertise in Columbus Day Tournament, name/logo on the website.  Cost of $750

    • Gold Sponsor:  Individual banner on fence entering the fields, 3 team sponsors, name/logo on group banner by the entrance to the fields, name/logo on the website.  Cost of $500

    • Silver Sponsor:  Two teams, name/ logo on group banner by the entrance to the fields, name/logo on the website.  Cost of $350

    • Bronze Sponsor:  One team, name/logo on group banner by the entrance to the fields, name/logo on the website.  Cost of $250

    • Website sponsor:  Name / logo on website.  Cost of $100

Additional details:

• • During the 2022 to 2023 season, we had approximately 550 children in the Intramural Program and 300 in the Travel Program.  Youth soccer helps these players develop teamwork, confidence and provides outdoor exercise while learning the skills and tradition of this beautiful game.

  • Your business logo or text name and address will be placed on the home page of our website, www.topsc.org, and link to your site upon sign-up.  You do not have to wait until September.  The page gets a large amount of traffic from May through August when people register for the season.

  • If you sponsor an intramural team, your business/organization’s name will be printed on each jersey worn during games.  Plus players enjoy wearing these shirts off the field too.
