The intramural program is for recreational play, usually between two teams from this Club, but sometimes in older age groups, between recreational teams from other local Clubs. In the older age groups, there may not be enough teams to play each other and so we go play other teams from Wappingers, East Fishkill, Lagrange, etc. This is called "intertown" play.

Intramural teams typically practice one night a week and play games at Greenvale Park, in the town of Poughkeepsie. Intertown teams may play other local Dutchess county club teams. There are no schedules ready until late August or early September. You can request a night that you do not want practice, if you have another activity, Do this when you register. There is a question about this in the online registration form. Practice night is determined by the availability of the coach, so volunteering to coach helps out in scheduling.
